MEET THE KYLE HANNEGAN GROUP

Born and raised in St. Charles, Kyle knows and loves the area. His family owns and operates a construction and real estate company, so he has been around both businesses his whole life. Kyle says, "I truly enjoy aspects of each business but have found that my true passion is real estate. I love helping people find that perfect house for their family's lifestyle and also helping them sell their first home to move on to a new chapter of their life. Having worked with my family business, it has instilled in me a strong work ethic and doing everything, regardless of the situation, the right way and putting the customer first."

Dana grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio. She and her husband have been married for 26 years and has two young adult kids, a boy and a girl. She has 25+ years of sales experience in retail, management, medical and real estate sales. She has worked in different types of Real Estate markets in her 20+ years as a Realtor. 
She relocated to Minneapolis in 2006 and moved to St Louis in 2010 with her family for new opportunities for her husband. She enjoys excerising, movies, wineries, restaurants, sports, time with friends and family, and her crazy Goldendoodle dog.  She is involved in her neighborhood, community, and is active in her church.
Dana’s goal as a realtor is to help her clients find the perfect house for them, or sell their current one with the least amount of stress possible.  She works to educate her clients and communicates closely with them during the process to alleviate stresses and complications. She is detail oriented and helps navigate the process and steps to get to a successful closing. Having personally moved with a corporate relocation company, she is familiar with that process and enjoys working with clients moving in or out of state. She has also built her current home and is familiar with new construction. She has helped many clients build homes they cherish.
Dana loves to hand her clients the keys to their new home, be it their first, dream, or forever home. She counts it a great privilege and honor to be trusted with her clients largest investment.

Brittney was raised in a real estate family. Ever since she was little, she watched her mom and aunt in every aspect of real estate. However, Brittney took a different approach in her love for the business. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and communication skills made it clear to that she was destined to be a Transaction Coordinator. She has seven years of experience as a licensed REALTOR and has been a member of The Kyle Hannegan Group for six of those years. When working with The Kyle Hannegan Group, Brittney will regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title companies, and lenders. Brittney says, "I ensure every client has a smooth transaction, while also taking care of all the back-end business. I take pride in overseeing all aspects of the transaction from the executed agreement whether it be a seller or buyer, to the closing table. I love getting to know our clients on not just a business level but personal level as well. Real Estate is my passion. I’m excited to meet and assist you, as I strive to provide a flawless experience every time."

Megan has been a licensed realtor for almost 4 years and already has a ton of experience in the greater St. Charles and St. Louis real estate markets. Her biggest joys in life are her husband, Alex, and their 3 beautiful children, two girls and a boy. Megan grew up in the heart of St. Charles County, and whilst she has moved to different states in the past, St. Charles will always be home.
